2025 Vasse Felix Classic Dry White Semillon Sauvignon Blanc - Last Stocks

A scrumptious dry white blend that shows impressive intensity of flavour.

A blend of 66% Semillon and 34% Sauvignon Blanc. Brilliant pale straw colour with green highlighted edges and a watery hue. Leaping out of the glass are herbaceous gooseberry, lime and green apple scents followed by some grass and flinty mineral notes. Scrumptious lime, passionfruit and gooseberry flavours are delivered with impressive intensity whilst subtle herbaceous grassy and mineral elements sit underneath. Crisp acidity with a long mouth watering finish.

You’d happily enjoy a glass or two, lightly chilled with friends at brunch. It’s satisfying because it’s balanced with no overt tropical flavours. It’s all limes and lemons, lemon blossom and celery with some sea spray. There is fine texture, and superfine acidity lengthening this out. Terrific drink; you’d be hard pressed to find a better SSB from Margs at this pricepoint. Drink by 2030.
