2025 Turon Pinot Gris

Juicy fruited and texturally luscious Pinot Gris.

Wild fermented with 3 months on lees. Brilliant very pale straw colour with subtle green tinged edges and a watery hue. Pear and red apple aromas intermix with musk, delicate honeysuckle and spice notes. The fleshy textured palate features juicy pear and red apple fruits over musk, light honeysuckle and spice characters. Brisk acidity with a long texturally luscious finish.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.

It does justice to the naming of 'pinot gris' with its Alsace bent of slippery texture, fleshy pear characters and adornment of sweet spices. A plush feel but controlled with chalky edges and a tight, squeaky finish. Balanced, refreshing and spot on. Drink by 2027.
