A gently fleshed Rhone style blend that has fresh underlying acidity and a dash of spice to it.
A Blend of 92% Marsanne, 5% Roussanne and 3% Viognier matured for a period of 8 months in French and Hungarian oak puncheons (30% new).
Brilliant pale straw colour with green toned edges and a watery hue. Aromas of peach, apricot and honeysuckle intermix with some ginger spice notes. Pear, peach and apricot fruits overlay a delicate honeysuckle and spicy ginger back drop. Gently fleshed it possesses fresh underlying acidity and finishes with a dash of spice.
