A crunchy, lime focused Riesling with zesty acidity.
Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinged edges and a watery hue. Lime juice top notes are joined by some lemon, green apple skin, wet steel and chalky mineral notes. Crunchy lime, lemon and green apple fruits overlay a wet steel and chalky mineral infused back drop. Zesty acidity with a mouth watering lime focused finish.
