Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge to the surrounds and a watery hue. Fresh lime and green apple aromas are trailed by some pear, fresh herb and stony mineral notes. Possessing a river stone like feel, the palate features lime, pear and green apple fruits over a fresh herb and zingy mineral infused back drop. Brisk saline edged acidity with a dry, refreshing finish.
