2025 Supercargo Pinot Noir

Juicy and supple with a long, generously fruited finish.

Dark red core with black toned edges and a light red hue. Fragrant aromatics of violet, dark cherry, strawberry and anise blossom out of the glass followed by some bramble and dried herb notes. Juicy dark cherry, strawberry and anise flavours flow supplely across the palate with bramble, dried herb and spice elements lurking underneath. Velvety tannins with a long, generously fruited finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.

A fresh and youthful Pinot Noir from the Adelaide Hills, which really stands out. Pale cherry red with a faded crimson rim, this is deliciously aromatic on the nose with savoury notes and touches of dried herbs, rose petals, spices, cherries, aniseed and charcuterie. There is good focus in this well-structured Pinot Noir and excellent length. Like this a lot. Now and for the next six years. Drink 2026-2032.
