2025 Robert Oatley Signature Series Great Southern Riesling

Crisp and zesty with a long, flinty mineral infused finish.

Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of lime, citrus and grapefruit make their way out of the glass followed by some green apple and slatey mineral notes. Intense lime, citrus and green apple fruits drive the zesty palate with steely mineral elements lining the back half. Crisp acidity with a long, flinty mineral infused finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.

It's a straightforward expression of riesling with hallmark regional intensity of acidity. Very zippy, electric even, mouth-watering and loaded with tart citrus fruit characters. Dashes of green apple, a touch of meringue sweetness, too. It feels easy to get stuck into, in a riesling-101 way.
