2025 Rob Hall Chardonnay

A beautifully fleshed and refined mid weighted Yarra Valley Chardonnay.

Brilliant very pale straw colour with green highlighted edges and a watery hue. Drifting through the nostrils are attractive scents of white peach, nectarine and dried honey which mix with biscuity nougat, faint cashew and spice notes. Beautifully fleshed and refined, layered across the mid weighted palate with ample intensity are white peach, pear and dried honey flavours. Also chiming in are biscuity nougat and delicate spicy cashew nuances. Finishes long with a balanced freshness and gently creamed textural feel.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.

A lively green gold. An attractive bouquet of white peach, pear and a little ginger spice. While the light- to medium-bodied palate is still quite tightly wound, this will begin to open up over the next six months and will still be looking good three to five years from now. Drink by 2031.
