A youthfully bright and elegant Yarra Valley Cabernets with juicy red fruits.

The 2025 Rob Hall Cabernets is sourced from three vineyards - 56% Cabernet Sauvignon (D’Aloisio Vineyard), 38% Merlot (D’Aloisio Vineyard) and 6% Malbec (Harriet's Vineyard).

Midnight black core with a vibrant purple red hue. Fragrant red to black currant, mulberry and violet scents breeze through the olfactory senses followed by some fresh herb, subtle earthy black olive and delicate spicy cedar notes. Youthfully bright and elegant, the palate is decorated with juicy red currant and mulberry fruits which morph into a spicy cedar, earthy black olive, faint tobacco and fresh herb infused back drop. Fresh with fine grained tannins, it has a long, finessed and savoury finish.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.

A blend of 56/38/6% cabernet sauvignon/merlot/malbec. From three vineyards in Healesville and Seville. Exceptional value as always, but maybe even more so in this very good vintage. A brilliant purple with aromas of pure blackcurrant, cherry skins and crushed violets. Medium bodied, this is at once elegant and focused, with very fine-grained, persistent tannins. A class act to drink now and over the next six to eight years. Drink by 2034.
