Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Ripe pear, Jonathan apple and honeysuckle aromas drift through the nostrils followed by whiffs of musk, quince and minerals. The nicely rounded yet refreshing palate features juicy pear and Jonathan apple fruits over a gentle musk, quince and stony mineral infused back drop. Crisp acidity with a dry, elegant finish.
