2025 Provenance Henty Riesling

Texturally rounded with brisk acidity and a dry, gently tangy finish.

Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle green tone around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear, lime and red apple skin are trailed by whiffs of honeysuckle and orange blossom. Pear, red apple and lime fruits are texturally rounded in their feel with notions of quince and spice lying underneath. Brisk acidity with a dry, gently tangy finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.

Highly aromatic both on the nose and in the mouth. Assorted blossoms, lime and mandarin among them. The palate is slatey and dry with a fair bit of grip through the finish, though it too is amply supplied with tonic, citrus, and chamomile characters. Very good wine. Distinctive. Drink 2026-2031.
