Rich and textural with lively acidity lending freshness to the gently creamed finish.
Fruit was sourced from the Henty, Ballarat and Geelong regions. Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinted edges and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe peach and pear are trailed by some bees wax, gentle honeycomb and citrusy nougat notes. Rich and textural the palate is layered with fleshy peach and nectarine fruits. Honeycomb, subtle cashew, citrusy nougat and spice elements extend across the back half. Lively acidity lends freshness to the gently creamed finish.
