2025 Plantagenet Three Lions Riesling

Racy and tense.

Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Elevated lime, lemon and Granny Smith apple scents intermix with wet steel and flinty mineral notes. Zippy lime and lemon fruits cast a racy feel across the palate with notions of green apple and steely mineral characters the undercard. Crisp acidity leads into a tense yet long, mouth watering finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.

A juicy number with all the lemon-lime Splice iceblock characters, cumquat, lemongrass, dashes of steel and saline minerality. It's zesty and bright, lively, delivers good fruitiness and finishes a little swift but very fresh. A fun offering with strong DNA of the region and variety. Well done. Drink by 2030.
