Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with green tinged edges. Intense lime, lemon and green apple scents are trailed by hints of orange rind, wet steel and flinty mineral notes. Zesty lime, lemon and Granny Smith apple fruits are threaded by a line of crisp acidity. Tense steely feel with flinty mineral elements lingering through the long, dry and zippy finish.
