Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with green tinted edges. Lemon, lime and Granny Smith apple scents fill the nostrils with some chalky talc and steely mineral elements also evident. Tightly coiled and tense with a steely structure, lemon, lime juice and tart Granny Smith apple fruits are delivered with terrific drive. Wet steel, chalky talc and flinty mineral elements line the back half. Finishes dry with a burst of searingly crisp acidity leading into a long, vivid, laser like conclusion.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
