2025 Paringa Estate Peninsula Pinot Noir
Ripe, juicy and supple with a long, moreish finish.
Dark red core with black toned edges and a red to dark red hue. Fragrant ripe cherry, strawberry and plum scents sail from the glass trailed by whiffs of anise, dried herbs, forest floor and spice. Ripe, juicy dark cherry, strawberry and plum fruits are layered across the palate with impressive intensity. Dried herb, bramble, forest floor and spice elements sit in the background. Supple and round it possesses an excellent power wave, silky smooth tannins and a long, moreish finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
Alc. 13.5%
Other Reviews….
This hits the spot, not least at its price point. It has flavour, but it also has some snap to it. I’m thinking cherry, spice, a little cedar, herb and perfume. The tannin sits confidently within the wine, not too much, not too little, and there’s brightness, energy, and good length to boot. Lovely wine. Recommended. Drink 2026-2032.
