2025 Nick O’Leary Riesling

A zesty dry to off dry Riesling.

Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Intense lime juice, orange blossom and citrus aromas intermingle with whiffs of honeysuckle and flinty mineral notes. Zesty lime and mandarin fruits carry a gentle honeysuckle overlay with infusions of orange blossom and flinty mineral elements lining the back half. Crisp acidity with a long, moreish dry to off dry finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.

A perfect drink on a warm day, with its light aromatics and flavours. A delicate mix of white stone fruit and citrus, a hint of green mango, with the acidity refreshing as much as directing this to a decent finish. A smidge of sweetness rounds out the palate well. Drink by 2033.
