Light, spicy and savoury with a slightly bitter finish.
Semi translucent red to dark red colour with black toned edges and a light red hue. Very spicy nose with clove, red cherry and rhubarb scents to the fore. Brambly earth and dried herb notes are also evident. Spicy sour to red cherry and rhubarb flavours overlay a dried clove, bramble and earth back drop. Grainy tannins and fresh acidity with a savoury yet slightly bitter finish.
