2025 Mulline Pinot Noir
A light, elegant yet nicely fleshed Pinot with good underlying freshness and a long juicy finish.
Deep dark red black tinged core with a red to dark red hue. Aromas of violet, red to dark cherry and wild strawberry carry ample fragrance with some anise, dried herb and subtle spicy cedar notes also evident. Light and elegant yet nicely fleshed, the palate is decorated with wild strawberry, dark cherry and anise flavours. Shades of rhubarb, dried herbs, forest floor and spicy cedar lie underneath. Good underlying freshness and fine grained tannins with a long juicy finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.

Other Reviews……
Made from fruit sourced from the Moorabool Valley, Surf Coast and Portarlington. 10% whole bunches and 15% new oak. A really bright crimson ruby. With its aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and some whole-bunch–derived pepper and spice, there's a lot going on in this well-put-together and attractively priced wine. The palate is medium bodied, energetic and supple. And while it's already a treat to drink now, there's upside in that it will be even better one to two years from now. Drink by 2030.
