2025 Mulline Modewarre Pinot Noir

A juicy blue fruited Pinot with fresh underlying acidity and an elegant finish.

Dark red core with black shaded edges and a red to dark red hue. Perfumed scents of violet, red to dark cherry, strawberry, blueberry and anise blossom out of the glass trailed by some fresh herb, forest floor and subtle clove notes. Juicy morello cherry, raspberry, blueberry and subtle anise flavours meld into a delicate smoky clove, brambly earth and spice back drop. Polished tannins and fresh underlying acidity with an elegant finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.

A single-vineyard wine from the Surf Coast, the vineyard planted in '01; 69% whole bunches. A deep, bright crimson red. Darkly fruited, with its bouquet of black plum, raspberry, rose bush and a little white pepper. A concentrated mouthful with dense, chewy tannins that ensure this will just keep getting better over the next six to eight years. Drink by 2034.
