2025 Mulline Chardonnay

Rich with a subtle creamy feel, fresh integrated acidity and a long, refined finish.

Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with green tinged edges and a watery hue. Rising from the glass are white peach, nectarine and dried honey scents which intermingle with some roasted almond, nougat and gun flint. Rich, fleshy peach, ripe nectarine and dried honey flavours are draped across the palate with a subtle creamy feel. Roasted almond, citrusy nougat and gunflint characters are aligned across the back half. Fresh integrated acidity with a long, refined finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.

A blend of fruit from the Moorabool Valley and Bellarine Peninsulas. 20% new oak and 20% mlf. A bright green gold. Aromas of ripe nectarine, apple blossom, a lick of vanillin and light sea spray scents lead onto the palate, which is flavoursome and nicely balanced. There's a fine thread of acidity keeping it both structured and focused and, while this is still a baby, it will become even more harmonious and complex over the next six to 12 months or so. Drink by 2029.
