2025 Maude Pinot Gris

Juicy and luscious yet invigorating.

Forty percent fermented in seasoned oak barrels to add body weight and texture this Central Otago Pinot Gris consistently delivers great value. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear, red apple and musk sail through the nostrils followed by hints of quince and rosewater. Luscious pear, red apple, quince and musk flavours are underscored by crisp acidity with some delicate spice also evident. Finishes long, juicy and invigorating.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
