2025 Hirsch Hill Signature Pinot Noir

Fresh, juicy and supple.

Matured for 10 months in oak, 40% new with a mix of whole bunch and whole berries included in the fermentation process. Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. Fragrant wild strawberry, violet and sour to red cherry scents blossom out of the glass trailed by some fresh herb, forest floor and spicy cedar notes. Delicious strawberry and red cherry fruits make a supple entry with notions of fresh herbs, forest floor, subtle rhubarb and spicy cedar unfolding across the back half. Polished fine grained tannins concluding fresh and juicy.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
