Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of lime juice and red apple skin mix with whiffs of orange blossom and stony mineral notes. Mouth watering lime juice, red apple and pear flavours drive the palate with orange blossom, honeysuckle and mineral elements the undercard. Crunchy acidity with a gentle tangy feel across the fruity finish.
