Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Pear and ripe apple aromas mix with whiffs of honeysuckle and spicy quince. Ripe and fleshy, the palate is filled with juicy apple and pear skin flavours which meld into a quince and subtle honeysuckle back drop. Balanced acidity with a long, shapely finish.

Other Reviews……
Fruit is sourced from a single site in Oakbank. This is serious gris. Wild ferment, a touch of skin contact and barrel-rolling lees in French oak. The texture reverberates flavours of green apple, grapefruit, pear and crystalline ginger, with just a waft of lychee over the top. And then, within, it has a deeply saline and savoury backbone – umami notes of herbal salts and almonds. Mouthwatering. Drink by 2029.
