Other Reviews….
Fermented cool in tank, this is a pale peachy pink and very classical in style, with wild strawberry and raspberry, orange, Fuji apple and some rosy florals. It’s dry, as stated on the label, with some time on lees enhancing the mid-palate texture. It’s also expansive and fruitful but far from overt. Rather, elegance of expression and balance in delivery, with an underscoring savouriness, are the key themes. Drink by 2027.
