Tense and zippy with a long racy finish.
Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Lime and citrus aromas leap out of the glass followed by some orange rind, talc and chalky mineral notes. Lemon and lime fruits are shaped by crisp acidity which lends a tense, zippy feel. Orange rind, chalky talc and steely mineral elements unwind across the back half. Dry and chalky with a long, racy finish.
