Round and generous with a rich texture.
Barrel fermented in French oak puncheons and demi muid with extended lees contact. Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe peach and nectarine mix with honeycomb, toasty oak and spicy nougat. Rich, fleshy textured ripe peach and melon fruits meld into a crème brulee, biscuit and vanilla spice background. Finishes generous and round with a dash of spice.
