Other Reviews…..
From the Coldstream Hills sub-region, this wine is from a range of clones, pressed into 500 litre French oak puncheons, where it matures for the best part of a year. The team use 20% whole bunches and the remaining 80%, whole berries. A vibrant crimson hue, there are notes of cherries, florals, raspberries and Asian spices. Finely balanced, fresh and with good energy, it offers a lovely seductive texture. Seamless in structure, there is serious persistence. Much to like here and it should provide immense pleasure over the next four to eight years. Drink 2025-2033.
