Crunchy green apple and lime fruits with a long zingy finish.

Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive glimmer of green around the rim and a watery hue. Aromas of green apple skin and lime are followed by some citrus and flinty mineral notes. Crunchy green apple and lime fruits drive the palate with infusions of fresh herbs, citrus and slatey mineral elements highlighted across the back half. Excellent intensity with crisp acidity and a long zingy finish.

Pretty formidable in flavour power, this is dialled-up fiano that speaks true to the variety, albeit amplified. Slightly waxy and glossy, with white florals and muskmelon, it arrives via slow waves before picking up the pace with racy acidity, grapefruit pith, lime sherbet and underripe pear. A slight pull of phenolics resets the palate for the next sip. Drink by 2028.
