2024 Torbreck Harris Vineyard Grenache

Rich, concentrated and voluptuous with a textural flow of liquid silk.

This single site Grenache comes from the Harris Vineyard located in Marananga on the western ridge of the Barossa Valley. Grown as bush vines in iron stone rich brown loam and clay soils it sees 18 months maturation in 2400 litre Frenck oak foudre.
Deep dark red core with black toned edges and a dark red hue. Dark raspberry, ripe cherry and liquorice aromas waft through the nostrils trailed by some vanillin spice, earth and subtle peppered fennel notes. Rich, concentrated and voluptuous, silky smooth flavours of dark raspberry, liquorice and dark cherry power across the palate. Vanillin spice, earth, subtle fennel and pepper characters lurk in the background. Velvety tannins finishing exceptionally long, opulent and seductive.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
