Intensely flavoured and textural with fresh crunchy acidity and a long juicy finish.

Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with a distinctive greenish tint to the edges and a watery hue. Elevated lime, pear and green apple scents infused with fresh herbs are trailed by some slatey mineral notes. Delicious pear, lime and green apple fruits are delivered with terrific intensity and carry ample textural volume. Infusions of fresh herbs and stony mineral elements lie underneath. Fresh crunchy acidity with a long juicy like finish.

Pecorino is creating a bit of a buzz in wine circles. It’s been catching the eye of drinkers and winemakers alike for its richer mouthfeel and flavour nicely countered by bright acidity. The Little Wine Company saw the potential early on, this is its fourth release. Spring flowers and summer stone fruits, citrus, apple and pear are busy and fresh and clean and delicious. The grape’s natural enlivening acidity does the job so well, teasing the tastebuds and finishing dry.
