A light, frisky Pinot Gris.
Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Red apple skin and pear aromas mix with hints of honeysuckle and rosewater. Light and frisky, flavours of pear, lime and red apple skin are underpinned by zingy acidity with some flinty mineral elements coursing through the crisp, elegant finish.
