Brilliant water like core with a subtle greenish tinge around the edges. Passionfruit, gooseberry and lime scents leap from the glass mixing with some herbaceous grassy notes along the way. Intensely flavoured, mouth watering passionfruit, lime and ripe gooseberry fruits dominate the palate with subtle herbaceous grassy and mineral elements in the background. Crisp acidity finishing long and scrumptious.
