2024 Shadowfax Pinot Gris

A rich, lusciously textured Pinot Gris with balanced acidity.

Fermented and aged on lees in older French oak barrels for a period of 8 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced ripe pear and apple aromas intermix with musk, honeysuckle, quince and ginger. Rich, lusciously textured flavours of ripe pear, Jonathan apple and honeysuckle fill the mouth with notions of musk and quince sitting underneath. Fleshy and concentrated with balanced acidity finishing long and texturally inviting.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
