A dry, savoury white with herbaceous grassy characters and light pencil shaving elements.
A blend of 78% Sauvignon Blanc and 22% Semillon. Brilliant pale straw colour with distinctive greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Herbaceous gooseberry and citrus scents combine with hints of grassy asparagus and spicy pencil shaving notes. Refreshing gooseberry and citrus fruits are elegantly layered across the palate with some herbaceous grassy characters, asparagus and faint pencil shaving elements sitting underneath. Crisp acidity finishing dry and savoury.
