Dense inky black colour with a deep dark red black hue. Ripe blackberry, liquorice and dark chocolate aromas sail through the nostrils with some inky earth and vanillin spice notes also evident. Rich, juicy and plump the palate is awash with blackberry, liquorice and dark chocolate fruits which meld into a toasty vanillin oak and spicy earth back drop. A lick of blueberry freshness is also present. Boasting excellent concentration, it has velvet smooth tannins and a long succulent finish.
