2024 Ravensworth Regional Riesling

A dry, tangy Riesling that has good textural flesh.

Fermented and matured on lees in Italian concrete tulips. Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted lime and green apple skin aromas greet the nostrils followed by pear skin, mandarin and stony mineral notes. Lining the palate are flavours of pear, red apple skin and lime with some delicate honeysuckle, orange blossom infusion and minerals lying underneath. Good textural flesh with crunchy acidity and a long, dry, tangy mineral infused conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
