A juicy, energetic Gamay with a savoury clove laced finish.
Matured in older seasoned oak barrels. Semi translucent dark red colour with black toned edges and a light red hue. Spicy dried clove aromas mix with red cherry, strawberry, red liquorice and earthy incense like notes. Juicy cherry and strawberry fruits meld into an earthy incense and spicy dried herb infused back drop. Energetic acidity and fine grained tannins with a savoury red to dark fruited finish laced with clove.
