Savoury, spicy and quite textural.
Pale copper tinged colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and Jonathan apple skin stream through the nostrils with whiffs of quince, rosewater and spice also evident. Savoury pear, Jonathan apple skin and quince flavours overlay a dry spicy back drop. Nicely concentrated and quite textural, it finishes long, fresh and spicy.
