A zesty Great Southern Riesling that shows plenty of tension and focus.
Brilliant very pale straw colour with flashes of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lime, lemon and green apple scents burst out of the glass trailed by some chalky talc and mineral notes. Crunchy lime, lemon and Granny Smith apple fruits are threaded by a line of zesty acidity which lends tension and focus. Chalky talc and steely mineral elements extend across the long crisp finish.
