Tense and focused with a long racy finish.
Brilliant water like colour with a subtle greenish tinge around the edges. Lime and Granny Smith apple scents jump out of the glass followed by some lemon, wet steel and chalky mineral notes. Zippy lime, lemon and green apple fruits are underpinned by crunchy acidity with notions of wet steel, chalky talc and flinty mineral elements tailing off through the back half. Tense and focused with a long racy finish.
