Brilliant water like colour with highlights of green around the outskirts. Jumping out of the glass are intense lime and citrus aromas which are complimented by distinct talc, orange rind and chalky mineral notes. The super scrumptious palate is laden with mouth watering lime, lemon and orange rind flavours which meld into a green apple, chalky talc and steely mineral back drop. Excellent concentration with crisp laser like acidity leading into a long snappy finish.
