A fleshy textured, fresh mid weighted Chardonnay.
Fermented and matured in French oak for a period of 8 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with subtle highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of white peach and pear fill the nostrils with hints of dried honey, biscuity nougat and faint gun flint also evident. Fleshy textured and fresh, the mid weighted palate features white peach and pear fruit over a biscuity oak, citrus and gun flint infused back drop. Brisk acidity with a refined mid length finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
