Fruit was sourced from Coonawarra and Wrattonbully. Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Lime and green apple aromas jump out of the glass trailed by some citrus and subtle chalky mineral notes. Mouth watering lime, citrus and green apple fruits overlay chalky elements and a stony mineral back drop. Crisp acidity with a snappy, generously fruited finish.
