A lightly oaked, fruit driven style of Chardonnay.
Certified organic. Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive green tint around the edges and a watery hue. Ripe nectarine and apple aromas intermingle with hints of bees wax, delicate toast and melon notes. Ripe and fleshy, the palate features nectarine and melon fruits over some toast, citrus and spice elements. Fresh acidity with a nicely rounded, fruit driven finish that shows plenty of spice.
