Light and savoury with a supple, spicy red fruited conclusion.
Matured for 9 months on lees in seasoned French oak. Semi translucent red to brick red colour with a light brick red tinged hue. Spicy cherry and rhubarb scents intermix with dried herb and brambly earth like notes. Light and savoury, flavours of cherry and rhubarb overlay a forest floor, dried herb and spicy bramble back drop. Polished tannins with a supple, spicy red fruited conclusion.
