2024 Nick O’Leary Riesling

A scrumptious, intensely flavoured Riesling.

Brilliant water like core with highlights of green around the outskirts. Lime juice and green apple scents jump out of the glass followed by some lemon, chalky talc and steely mineral notes. Zippy lime, lemon and Granny Smith apple fruits are delivered with terrific intensity over a wet steel and chalky mineral back drop. Superb drive with crunchy acidity leading into a long scrumptious finish.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.

Too easy to kick back and relax with this juicy and tangy drink. It’s lightly aromatic with lemon blossom and beeswax, plenty of citrus flavour, aniseed and a touch of ginger, yet a gentle offering. Plenty of fine acidity caressing the palate with some sweetness rounding it out.
