Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Intense pear, lime and green apple skin aromas jump out of the glass trailed by some wet stone and fresh herb notes. Showing excellent concentration and mouth feel scrumptious lime and green apple fruits drive the palate with some pear, wet stone and infusions of fresh herbs extending across the back half. Fresh and textural it finishes dry with crisp acidity and a long mouth watering aftertaste.
