2024 Mountadam Vineyards Pinot Gris
Light, vibrant and lively.
Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pear and green apple aromas mix with some lime and stony mineral notes. Vibrant pear and green apple fruits are underscored by crisp acidity with some flinty mineral elements unfolding across the back half. Gently fleshed it finishes dry with a lively freshness.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
Alc. 12.5%
Other Reviews…..
A high-tensile pinot gris that is packed with juicy pear, grapefruit and apple fruit along with hints of white flowers, crushed stone, freshly sliced fennel, drying herbs and almond paste. Tight and nervy with a really swift mineral cadence on the palate, finishing mouth-puckeringly dry. A crisp and refreshing style. Drink by 2027.
